These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Selfcare Sundays website, platform and related services (the “Service”) operated by SelfcareSundays.com.au (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Selfcare Sundays is
Selfcare Sundays is a skincare discovery and price-comparison service for people in Australia. It helps you search for skincare, compare products, sizes and retailer offers, save products and plan a routine.
We are not a retailer. We do not sell products, take payment, process orders or arrange delivery. When you follow a link to a retailer, any purchase is made directly with that retailer on its own terms.
Our catalogue does not include every product, brand or retailer, and results reflect the information available to us.
2. Accounts
You can use much of the Service without an account. If you create one, you must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You can delete your account at any time from Account › Privacy.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully or to mislead others;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Service by automated means, except as permitted by standard search-engine indexing;
- interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our systems;
- try to get around security, rate limits or access controls;
- use the Service to send spam or harmful code; or
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection with anyone.
4. Skincare information is not medical advice
Product matches, routines, suggestions, ingredient information and other content on Selfcare Sundays are general information only. They reflect the needs you tell us about and the information available to us. They are not medical, dermatological or professional advice, and they are not a guarantee that a product is suitable, safe or effective for you.
Always read the product label and ingredient list, follow the manufacturer's directions, patch test where appropriate, and speak to a doctor, dermatologist or pharmacist about skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy or other health concerns. Stop using a product and seek advice if you have a reaction.
5. Product, ingredient and review information
Product details, ingredient lists, images, claims, ratings and reviews come from brands, retailers and other third parties. Formulations and packaging can change. We try to keep information accurate and show where external ratings come from, but we do not guarantee it is complete, current or error-free. External ratings and reviews are not Selfcare Sundays reviews.
6. Prices, offers and availability
Prices, promotions, stock and availability are provided for comparison and discovery only and are indicative of the information available to us at the relevant time. Retailers can change them at any time without our knowledge, and delays or errors in updating them can occur. Different sizes and variants may have different prices, and delivery fees, memberships, promotional codes and other retailer conditions can change the final price.
Always confirm the current price, availability, product variant and applicable terms with the retailer before you buy. The price and terms shown by the retailer at checkout govern your purchase.

7. Basket and Best Order
Basket lets you collect products you are considering. Best Order suggests ways to buy them across retailers. Totals, delivery estimates, package counts and savings are estimates based on the information available to us and may not match what a retailer charges or delivers. Best Order does not place orders.
8. Retailer links and affiliate relationships
The Service links to third-party retailers and websites that we do not control. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy after clicking, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, orders, delivery, returns or customer service.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, text, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to us. Product names, images and trade marks belong to their respective owners. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce or reuse our content except as allowed by law or with our permission.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose information, including analytics and sensitive information. Please read it alongside these Terms.
11. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version and its date will be published on SelfcareSundays.com.au. If you keep using the Service after an update, the updated Terms apply.
12. Australian Consumer Law and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- the Service and its information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
- we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any product, price or recommendation will suit you;
- we are not liable for loss arising from third-party information, retailer changes, delays or errors, or your purchases from third parties; and
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the relevant services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service or your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service or where required by law. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
